0.00 484 minutes After the proclamation of the Independent State of Croatia (NDH), a few hundred ustashas, who were gathered and armed by the Italian government, came to this new state. They formed the core of the Ustashe Militia. Apart from the Militia, the Army of the NDH was founded.
