The team are losing money not serving hot drinks that customers keep asking for. Despite being more of a squash man himself, Gareth agrees to put teas on the menu, and the team head out for a tea-tasting session.
As Gareth and Ryan approach their five-year anniversary, Ryan’s brave enough to arrange a secret surprise for Gareth on a staff night out. Meanwhile, Emily works her decorating magic on a cake for shop superfan customer Aarifa, who needs a showstopper for her sister’s birthday.
