To secure his position at the factory, Chi Hang aggressively pursues Yik Wah and is able to win her heart. To avenge on Wai Lan, Chi Hang makes Siu Lun to steal the design from Wai Lan Factory. He then uses the design to produce the garment at Lee's for his own business. He also lures Yik Fat to join his contrivance. Learning that Chi Hang has been selling imitated garments very successuly, Wai Lun agrees to buy the design from him at a high price. Chi Hang, upon receiving the money from Wai Lun, begins to sell the design in the market at a much lower price, therefore shocking Wai Lun. When Wai Lun knows that Chi Hang has been conspiring with Siu Lun, he is infuriated and they are caught in a fight which accidentally causes Wai Lun's death……
